Area Covered
Devils Pinch Brigade covers an area of 300 square kilometres. We are a Village 2 Brigade and we back up Black Mountain, Dumeresq and Armidale NSW Fire Brigade for fires on the Northern side of Armidale.
Types of Incidents
Being located on the New England Highway the primary incidents that Devils Pinch respond to are Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA). We have a number of grass and bush fires throughout the year. This is due to the types of different farming properties.
